Frédéric Buxin works for press, advertizing and edition. In addition, he has published two books.
From sea to industrial landscapes, from towns by night to portraits and nudes, the subjects he shoots are widely diverse. Recently, his work has focused mainly on portraits and nudes, the subjects he shoots are widely diverse.

The workshop-gallery B&B is the working place of two french photographers, Frederic Buxin and Philippe Bachelier. It stands close to the Canal Saint Martin, in the very heart of a zone you ought to discover if you visit Paris.
B&B workshop gallery includes a gallery section, wich provides a compendium of the personal works the two photographers realize. You will hence be able to discover in this permanent and frequently renewed exhibition a collection of original silver prints; you may also meet the photographers.
Both original silver prints and reproductions are for sale at B&B.

The canal Saint Martin is a place of walking and shopping widely appreciated among Parisians, although quite apart from usual tourits tours.
During summer, picnickers overwhelm docks in a warm athmosphere. All the year round, docks are pedestrians on Sunday: elegant footbriges and locks follow one another throughout a long walk you may have from la Place de la République to the Cité de la Villette.Philippe Bachelier

After being graduated in historical studies, Philippe Bachelier spent two years in Africa, during which he dedicated himself to photography. He published his first photos in the press in 1986 (Le Monde, Télérama, L'équipe magazine, Le Figaroscope, Los Angeles Times, etc.), then extended his activity to the edition and the advertisement fields.
Keen on black and white photographic tectnique, he has been dedicating himself to numerous personal researches on the topic, the conclusions of which he publishes regularly in specialists publications (Réponse Photo). In 1999, he published a book, Black and white, from capture to printing (VM editions) which is recognized to be a reference on the subject. He and Frédéric Buxin get associated in 1999, so as to optimize their activity in the traditional domains and the new digital technologies.
